This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed on https://mitaebeauty.com, both within India and to eligible international destinations. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Coverage – India and International
We currently ship orders:
- Within India to serviceable PIN codes covered by our courier partners; and
- To selected international countries listed at checkout or on our Shipping information page.
If your country or address is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or by our support team and your order may be cancelled with a full refund.
2. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after the order is placed and payment is received. During high‑volume periods (sale events, festive seasons), processing may take longer than usual.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- India: approximately [3–7] business days.
- International: approximately [7–21] business days, depending on destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs processing.
These are estimates only and not guaranteed; delays can occur due to customs inspections, local holidays, weather, or carrier issues, which are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Methods and Charges
Shipping options (standard, express where available) and corresponding charges will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, order value, and chosen service. We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions subject to minimum order thresholds and eligible regions.
5. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees (International Orders)
For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied once the parcel reaches your country.
- If duties/taxes are not collected at checkout (Delivered Duty Unpaid – DDU), you are responsible for paying all such charges directly to the carrier or customs authority.
- If duties/taxes are collected at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP, where available), we and/or our logistics partners will attempt to remit these amounts to the appropriate authorities on your behalf; any difference due to local assessment is outside our control.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
6. Customs Clearance, Delays, and Refusals
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
If customs or a carrier returns a package to us due to non‑payment of duties/taxes, refusal to accept the shipment, or other reasons attributable to you, we may:
- Deduct any return shipping, customs, and handling charges from any refund; or
- Treat the order as non‑refundable for shipping‑only failures, depending on the circumstances and local law.
7. Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delivery errors or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or information provided by you.
If the goods are not received or collected within the time specified by the carrier and are returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt or to decide on further action; additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) (If Applicable)
COD may be available for selected PIN codes and order values within India only. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain users, addresses, or large‑value orders at our discretion. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery and ensure someone is available at the address to receive the order.
9. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with a tracking number and a link (where available) to track your shipment on the carrier’s website. Tracking updates for international shipments may be slower or limited depending on the destination and local postal service.
10. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages
If a parcel appears visibly damaged or tampered with, you may refuse to accept it from the carrier. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and affected products. We will assess the issue and respond in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
11. Restricted and Prohibited Destinations or Products
Due to regulatory and logistics constraints, we may be unable to ship certain products (for example, products containing restricted cosmetic ingredients) to particular countries. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled for regulatory reasons and will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.
