1. Orders & Account
Q1. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest, but we recommend creating an account to view your order history, save addresses, and track orders more easily.
Q2. How do I create an account?
Click on the “Account” or “Login” icon at the top of the website, select “Create Account”, and fill in your basic details (name, email, password). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is created.
Q3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email/SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Q4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We can usually modify or cancel an order only before it is processed or shipped. If you need changes, contact us immediately with your order number. Once packed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Q5. I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact our support with your name, email, and payment proof so we can verify and resend your confirmation.
2. Products & Ingredients
Q6. Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold on https://mitaebeauty.com are sourced directly from brands, authorised distributors, or our own manufacturing, and are 100% genuine.
Q7. Where can I see the full ingredients list?
Ingredients are listed on each product page and on the product packaging. If you need more details, contact us with the product name and we’ll share the relevant information where available.
Q8. Are your products cruelty‑free or vegan?
Product attributes (cruelty‑free, vegan, clean, etc.) are mentioned on the product page wherever applicable. Please refer to the individual product description for the most accurate information.
Q9. Will this product suit my skin type?
Each product page includes basic skin/type recommendations. However, every skin is unique; if you have very sensitive or reactive skin, we suggest doing a patch test or consulting your dermatologist before use.
Q10. Do you offer samples or mini sizes?
From time to time, we may offer samples or mini sizes as part of promotions or bundles. Availability varies and is usually mentioned on the product or cart page during such offers.
3. Payments & Pricing
Q11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and selected international payment options (such as cards or other gateways). Available options can vary by country.
Q12. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD may be available for selected PIN codes and order values within India only. If COD is available for your address, you will see it as an option at checkout.
Q13. Which currency will I be charged in?
Our primary currency is Indian Rupees (INR). For some regions, prices may be displayed in local currencies for your convenience, but final charges depend on your payment provider and may be converted to your local currency.
Q14. Why do I see a small difference between the order total and what my bank charged?
If you’re shopping from outside India, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rates and fees, which can cause minor differences. Please check with your bank for details on foreign transaction fees.
Q15. My payment failed, but the amount was debited. What should I do?
In many cases, failed payments are automatically reversed by your bank within a few business days. If you do not receive a refund within the expected time, contact us with your transaction details so we can help verify.
4. Shipping (India & International)
Q16. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship within India and to selected international destinations listed at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Q17. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges depend on your delivery address, order value, and chosen shipping method (standard/express where available). The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Q18. How long will delivery take?
Approximate delivery timelines after dispatch are:
- India: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance
These are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Q19. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes for international orders?
Your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees when the parcel arrives. If these are not collected at checkout, you will be responsible for paying them directly to the carrier or customs authority.
Q20. My tracking status hasn’t updated for several days.
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially for international shipments or during busy periods. If there is no update for an extended time beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order and tracking numbers.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Q21. What is your return policy?

Q22. How do I request a return or replacement?
Contact us at support@mitaebeauty.com within the specified time frame, share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging, and our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Q23. Do you accept international returns?
For international orders, we generally accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired/near‑expiry products, due to customs and regulatory restrictions in many countries. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
Q24. Are shipping charges and customs duties refundable?
In most cases, original shipping fees, COD charges, and customs duties/import taxes are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error and local laws or service providers allow recovery of such amounts.
Q25. How long will my refund take?
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we aim to process refunds within 5–10 business days for domestic orders. International refunds may take longer due to transit and customs clearance, plus any additional time your bank needs to credit the amount.
6. Product Use & Safety
Q26. How should I store my beauty products?
We recommend storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Always close lids tightly after use and follow any specific storage instructions mentioned on the packaging.
Q27. What if I experience irritation or an allergic reaction?
Stop using the product immediately and rinse the area with water. If irritation persists, consult a doctor or dermatologist. Please also inform us with the product details and your reaction so we can record and review it.
Q28. Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Some ingredients may not be recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always consult your doctor before using any cosmetic or skincare product in such situations, and review the ingredients list carefully.
7. Promotions, Gifts & Rewards
Q29. How do I apply a discount code or coupon?
You can enter your discount code in the “Discount/Coupon” field at checkout. If the code is valid and applicable to your order, the discount will be applied automatically before payment.
Q30. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
From time to time, we may offer gift wrapping or the option to add a gift message at checkout. If available, you’ll see this option before you complete your order.
Q31. Can I use more than one coupon in a single order?
Unless stated otherwise, only one coupon code can be applied per order, and some promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
